We need Call Center Agents for both inbound and outbound sales for the residential Voip service we provide throughout the US. If your call center receives incoming sales calls from your marketing efforts, voip.com's Call Center Affiliate program might be the perfect match for your business. We're also interested in working with existing call centers that make outbound calls and strictly adhere to the federally mandated DNC (Do Not Call) requirements.
Here's the information we'll need to know to process your application:
- Name of your company
- Where you're located, including multiple site locations
- How many years you've been in business
- What is your specialty? Inbound, Outbound, or both?
- Name of services you currently sell.
- Number of seats in your center(s)
- Your phone number and contact information
- Are you representing your own call center or are you a broker?
- Do you have recorded third party verification?
Call Centers outside the United States must meet the following criteria:
- Must own your call center, no brokers please
- Experience in technology-related products/services telemarketing
- Three references in the U.S. (contact name, phone number required)
