If you're an individual, you'll need to be at least 18 years old. Your website must not be sexually explicit, discriminatory, graphically violent, or solicitous of any unlawful behavior. For online sales, we also require that voip.com Affiliates be CAN_SPAM compliant. For more information, please read our Terms of Agreement.
That depends on your sales volume. Accounts with fewer than 51 sales per week fall under our general rate schedule, while those with higher sales volume qualify for the Custom Commission rate scale.
We pay our Affiliates by check on a weekly basis. All checks are cut the same day of the week. Affiliates who qualify for the Custom Commission rate schedule may also opt for wire transfer or ACH payments.
Please contact us directly at affiliate@voip.com to make special arrangements. If you choose not to accept payment by check, fees associated with other payment methods will be deducted from your commissions.

In order to qualify for the Custom Commission rate schedule, you must generate more than 50 orders per week, or an average of 200 for the month. Once you reach that point, we'll sit down and negotiate your compensation. The amount you'll earn is based on a number of factors, including: your sales history, marketing methods, website, and the type of business you have. Our goal is to create an agreement that satisfies everyone.
Once you become a voip.com Affiliate, you'll be assigned a unique Affiliate ID number that will be tracked. All orders passing through the voip.com system associated with your ID will be logged and attributed to your account.
Yes, it's easy to drop your own tracking pixel into the voip.com checkout page. Simply login to your online Affiliate account manager, click on "Edit HTML tracking", and paste your pixel code as directed.
No. You're not allowed to modify any voip.com artwork. We provide a wide variety or artwork that best reflects our corporate identity. Our designs are time-tested, effective, and designed to fully support your sales needs.
Not yet, but we're currently working on a range of banners and brochures in Spanish and other languages. If you have an immediate need for foreign language artwork, please contact us through your online Affiliate account manager, by clicking "Help" and then opening a Support Ticket.
You can still join the voip.com Affiliate program. We do require that you only sell to customers in the US or Puerto Rico. Please remember that voip.com customers must have a valid US credit card in order to sign up for phone service.
If you're based outside the US, we'll pay you once a month. Your accrued payment must be at least $250 (USD) before we can initiate a wire transfer. Our standard international wire transfer fee is $30.00, which will be deducted from your payout amount.
