What is a convenient online account system without a billing section? Voip.com lets you keep tabs on current account activity and check out your billing history, which gives details on your balance, billing dates, description of charges, and the amount of each bill.
To the side of the page you'll fine a truncated history box, with a link taking you to the complete history page. Naturally. At voip.com, there's a place for everything and everything's in its place.
They've also included a Service Changes link list at the bottom of the page, in case, while you were perusing your latest voip internet phone bill, it occurred to you that it might be nice to add an additional line, change your rate plan, change the phone number, request a credit, or edit your billing information.
I'm getting the distinct impression that at voip.com, it's all about customer satisfaction. They must have a whole room full of people figuring out an infinite number of ways to make the customer service experience as good as possible.
