In continuation of my blog entry just yesterday, let's analyze what else makes an affiliate program successful.
Voip.com's new program has another approach that stands out from any other out there. This affiliate program goes after three target group of publishers.
1. Internet Affiliates, for those selling through websites, e-mails and e-newsletters. 2. Call Centers, for those selling through call centers. 3. Outside Sales Agents, for those selling through traditional offline channels.
By doing so, the program reaches out to all potential on- and offline agents, creating a sales community around the advertiser. Each group is supported by various tool packages, including banners, text links, landing pages, brochures, door hangers, fliers - you name it.
Targeting offline agents online is not new under the Sun, however, it is innovative in the Voice over IP industry by the way program's targeting method is set up.
