The Voip Communicator is a computer program that lets you call people from your PC. The Voip Communicator service is similar to a phone call, except instead of using your telephone, you talk through your computer's sound card.

What is the Voip Communicator Pay-As-You-Go plan?

With Pay-As-You-Go, there are no monthly fees and you pre-pay only for the minutes you use.

Are there any set-up fees?

No, there are no setup fees.

How much is it per minute to make a call?

Calls with Voip Communicator to Canada , Puerto Rico, and the United States are included with our Unlimited plan. For the Pay-As-You-Go and 100 minute plan, calls are billed at your normal minute rate. International calls for all plans are charged at the per minute rate for the specific number you are calling.

Can I make international calls using Voip Communicator Pay-As-You-Go?

Yes!

What payment methods do you accept?

Voip.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Note: A US Billing address is required.

Do I get a telephone number with my Voip Communicator Pay-As-You-Go account?

No. Telephone numbers are provided for the Unlimited and 100 minute plans only.

Can I call 911 from Voip Communicator?

No. The Voip Communicator is not a replacement for your ordinary telephone and can't be used for emergency calling.

Can I use the Voip Communicator outside of the U.S.?

Yes. The voip.com Communicator can be used from any location as long as you have an Internet connection.
