How do I use the Selective Call Rejection Feature?
Selective Call Rejection allows you to reject calls that meet your predefined criteria. With Selective Call Rejection, you may choose to reject a list of up to 12 specific phone numbers.
Selective Call Rejection is programmed from your website control panel.
Program Selective Call Rejection from the Website Control Panel
- Login to your account
- Click the Features tab
- Check the box next to Selective Call Rejection to activate this feature (remove the checkmark to deactivate the feature)
- Click the Save Changes button
- Click the edit settings link
- Complete the form with your intended rejection criteria
- Click the Save Changes button
