How do I use the Anonymous Call Rejection Feature?
Anonymous Call Rejection lets you refuse incoming calls from people who’ve blocked their phone number and name, which is something a lot of telemarketers do, so if you’re interested in reducing the number of dinnertime calls you get…this might be a good option. Instead of being interrupted, your caller will be redirected to an announcement letting them know that you don’t accept calls where the caller’s identity has been masked.
To turn Anonymous Call Rejection on or off, go to your Voip Main Number online Account Manager:
- Login to your account
- Click the Features tab
- Place a checkmark next to Anonymous Call Rejection to activate or uncheck the box to turn it off
- Click the Save Changes button
