How do I use the Call Forwarding Selective Feature?
Call Forwarding Selective allows you to forward specific calls matching your pre-defined list to a different phone number.
Call Forwarding Selective is programmed from your website control panel.
Program Call Forwarding Selective from the Website Control Panel
- Login to your account
- Click the Features tab
- Check the box next to Call Forwarding Selective to activate this feature (remove the checkmark to deactivate the feature)
- Click the Save Changes button
- Click the edit settings link
- Enter the phone number to where calls should be forwarded
- Enter the phone numbers that should be forwarded to the desired number
- Click the Save Changes button
When forwarding your number, the caller id from the originating call will be sent along to the destination. This is currently the only option available, and you cannot forward your Main Number's caller id instead.
