How do I use the Call Notify Feature?
Call Notify allows you to send a notification message, containing the caller’s name and number (if available), to the email address specified.
Call Notify is programmed from your website control panel.
Program Call Notify from the Website Control Panel
- Login to your account
- Click the Features tab
- Check the box next to Call Notify to activate this feature (remove the checkmark to deactivate the feature)
- Click the Save Changes button
- Click the edit settings link
- Complete the form as indicated
- Click the Save Changes button
Note: A "*" (star) can be used a wildcard for last characters of the phone number. (Example 555-555-* would notify you for any phone call received from (555) 555-xxxx) This is helpful when you wish to be notified regarding calls from a business that may use several lines from the same prefix (or "beginning" numbers).
