How do I use the Do Not Disturb Feature?
Do Not Disturb allows you to set your status to unavailable. Calls will go directly to your voice messaging box without ringing your telephone.
Activate/Deactivate Do Not Disturb from the Website Control Panel
- Login to your account
- Click the Features tab
- Place a checkmark in the Do Not Disturb box to activate this feature. Removing the checkmark will deactivate this feature.
- Click the Save Changes button
