How can I use my own device with Voip.com service?

To help advanced users with their telephony needs, Voip.com provides SIP settings for custom VoIP devices. Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) settings are provided within the Customer Control Panel to assist with this integration. Login to your Voip.com account, select Add-Ons -> Sipaccount Settings to acquire your authentication information. BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is currently only available for Residential Voip Subscribers.

Configuration for some popular devices can be found Here.

NOTE: VOIP.com cannot provide full technical support for BYOD devices. The BYOD option is intended for technically advanced users. VOIP.com can not provide full technical support for these devices. If your device is not working as expected, you may need to contact the device manufacturer for technical support.
