How do I use the Call Forwarding Always Feature?
Call Forwarding Always redirects all incoming phone calls to another destination.
There are three ways to program this feature: from your website control panel, remotely from another telephone, and/or from your telephone.
Activate Call Forwarding Always from the Website Control Panel
- Login to your account
- Click the Call Features tab
- Place a checkmark in the Call Forwarding Always box to activate this feature. (Removing the checkmark will deactivate this feature)
- Enter the phone number where you wish to send all calls
- Click the Save Changes button
Deactivate Call Forwarding Always from the Website Control Panel
- Login to your account
- Click the Call Features tab
- Remove the checkmark next to Call Forwarding Always
- Click the Save Changes button
Activate Call Forwarding Always from another telephone
NOTE: Once the call forwarding is activated remotely, it can only be modified or deactivated from your voip telephone or website control panel.

Activate Call Forwarding Always from your Telephone
- Dial *72 from your VoIP phone
- When prompted, enter the phone number for where the phone calls should be forwarded
- Use this format: XXX-XXX-XXXX
- You will hear a voice confirmation
- When you are making future calls, the short dial tones will remind you that your Do Not Disturb is still active
Deactivate Call Forwarding Always from your Telephone
- Dial *73 from your VoIP Phone
- You will hear a voice confirmation it has been cleared

When forwarding your number, the caller id from the originating call will be sent along to the destination. This is currently the only option available, and you cannot forward your VOIP number's caller id instead.
