How do I use Click to Call?
Click to Call is a unique way to make phone calls. You go online and tell us who you want to call, which voip number you want to call from and we’ll connect you. You can type in a phone number to call or chose from one of your contacts. It’s easy!
To make a Click to Call phone call, all you have to do is:
- Login to your account.
- Select the Call Features tab.
- Click the Click here to make a call link.
- Place your cursor in the Dial to this Number field and type in the phone number you’d like to call or choose one of your contacts from the dropdown list.
- Press the Dial button to get your call started.
- Voip.com will dial your number first, so pick up the phone when it rings. Next, we’ll call the person you want to talk to and when they pick up, we’ll connect you.
- That’s it. The rest of your conversation will be exactly the same as if you'd started the call any other way.
