How do I use the International Calls Feature?
The International Calls feature enables you to allow or block outbound international calls from your telephone. By activating this feature, international calls will be permitted. By turning off this feature, making outbound international calls will be blocked/prohibited. This feature will not effect your ability to receive calls.
The International Calls feature is programmed from your website control panel.
Activate/Deactivate International Calls from the Website Control Panel
- Login to your account
- Click the Call Features tab
- Check the box next to International Calls to activate this feature. Removing the checkmark will deactivate this feature.
- Click the Save Changes button
Making International Calls
If you have International Calls activated, you can make international calls from your telephone
- Pick up your telephone handset
- Dial 011 + country code + telephone number
