How do I use the Selective Call Acceptance Feature?
Selective Call Acceptance allows you to receive only calls that meet your predefined criteria. With Selective Call Acceptance, you may choose to accept a list of up to 12 specific phone numbers. You may also choose to accept ANY phone call sent to your phone.
Selective Call Acceptance is programmed from your website control panel.
Program Selective Call Acceptance from the Website Control Panel
- Login to your account
- Click the Call Features tab
- Check the box next to Selective Call Acceptance to activate this feature (remove the checkmark to deactivate the feature)
- Click the Save Changes button
- Click the edit settings link
- Complete the form with your intended acceptance criteria
- Click the Save Changes button
