How do I use the Selective Call Rejection Feature?

Selective Call Rejection allows you to reject calls that meet your predefined criteria. With Selective Call Rejection, you may choose to reject a list of up to 12 specific phone numbers.

Selective Call Rejection is programmed from your website control panel.

Program Selective Call Rejection from the Website Control Panel

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click the Call Features tab
  3. Check the box next to Selective Call Rejection to activate this feature (remove the checkmark to deactivate the feature)
  4. Click the Save Changes button
  5. Click the edit settings link
  6. Complete the form with your intended rejection criteria
  7. Click the Save Changes button
