How do I use the Speed Dial 100 Feature?

Speed Dial 100 allows you to designate a two-digit code for up to 100 of the telephone numbers you dial most often.

There are two ways to program this feature: from your website control panel and/or from your telephone.

Program Speed Dial 100 from the Website Control Panel

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click the Call Features tab
  3. Click the "edit sittings" link next to Speed Dial 100
  4. Click the "edit" link next to the Speed Dial position you want to modify
  5. Enter a Name for your entry
  6. Enter the Number for your entry
  7. Click the Save Changes button
  8. To make sure that the Speed Dial 100 feature is activated, place a checkmark in the Enabled? box
  9. When finished, click the Return to Call Features link

Program Speed Dial 100 from your Telephone

  1. Dial *75 from your voip phone
  2. When prompted, enter the two digit number code to assign to the Speed Dial 100 entry (you can use numbers 00 through 99)
  3. Press the # key to save the entry
  4. When promoted, enter the phone number to assign to the previously entered Speed Dial 100 number
  5. Press the # key to save the entry
  6. Hang up your telephone
    • Example: *75 10 # 18008798647 #

Dialing a Speed Dial 100 Entry from your Telephone

  1. Press the ** key (twice)
  2. Enter the Speed Dial 100 number to dial
    • Example: **10
