How do I stop my Caller ID information from being sent out?

You’ll have to login to your voip.com account page and change your Caller ID settings there. Click on the Call Features tab and put a checkmark in the box next to “Block Caller ID Outbound.”

When you make a call, the person you’re calling won’t be able to see your name or phone number. Instead, they’ll see something that says Anonymous or Private Caller. If you want to selectively allow your Caller ID information to be displayed, just dial *65 and then the number you’re calling. This will temporarily deactivate the outbound block for that one call only.
