How do I change my Voicemail passcode?

The default passcode for your Voicemail account is 0000. If you want to change it, all you have to do is:

1. Log into your voip.com Account Manager.
2. Click on the Voicemail tab and then choose Settings.
3. Scroll down until you see Reset Voicemail PIN.
4. Check the box next to, Reset the PIN to "0000."
5. Click the Save Changes button.

The next time you call your voicemail, you'll be asked to change the passcode.
