How do I change my Voicemail passcode?
The default passcode for your Voicemail account is 0000. If you want to change it, all you have to do is:
- Log into your voip.com Account Manager.
- Click on the Voicemail tab and then choose Settings.
- Scroll down until you see Reset Voicemail PIN.
- Check the box next to, Reset the PIN to "0000."
- Click the Save Changes button.
