What do I do if I have a question or a problem?

If you haven't signed up for a voip.com account yet and you have a question to ask, look at the bottom of any voip.com website page. Click on the Contact Us link and fill out the email support form so we can help you with your question.

If you're already part of the voip.com family, login to your account and click on the Support tab. Start a new support ticket giving as much detailed information about your question or problem. Our support staff will get to work straight away. Remember, if you submit more than one support ticket for the same issue, it makes it harder for our support crew to get your problem handled quickly and efficiently.
