Can I use an IP phone or VoIP Phone with my account?
At the present time, in order to use our Internet Phone service, you'll need a touch-tone phone, our phone adapter (included in your startup kit), and high speed internet access.
We currently do not support IP Phones or SIP phones other than our phone adapter and Softphone.
