My calls are going directly to voicemail!
We recommend the following steps for troubleshooting lack of dial tone/not receiving calls:
- Check that your Do Not Disturb feature is not active
- Check to make sure your phone is plugged into the phone adapter’s phone 1 port
- Check to make sure your phone adapter is powered on and the phone 1 light is on
- If you are using multiple routers and other networking equipment, try plugging your Phone Adapter directly into the Internet modem. If this resolves your issue, you may have to troubleshoot your other devices.
- If everything indicates successful configuration, reboot the phone adapter
- If this still does not resolve your issue, please reboot your cable modem and phone adapter
If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please contact voip.com customer support.
