My Internet keeps dropping when my computer is plugged directly to the router (SPA2102).

1. Check to see if you have the latest version of the Internet browser you are using. If a Macintosh user, make sure you have the latest version of Safari browser.

2. Check your firewall settings. Go to control panel click on security and select allow program trough firewall then select exceptions tab and check mark routing and remote connections, apply and then ok.
