I can make outgoing calls, but I have no audio on incoming calls!
Sometimes, a strong firewall or router, will block the voice audio (called RTP) from reaching your Voip.com phone adapter. To solve this issue, you should open the following "ports" on your router or network device:
- Port range 5060 through 5065 UDP
- Port range 10000 through 30000 UDP
For assistance with opening the ports above you may wish to contact the manufacturer of your firewall or router. You may also contact your internet service provider (ISP) or visit www.portforward.com.
