When will I get my phone number?
After you signup for voip.com service, your account is sent to our technical department for "provisioning." Our in-house geeks Technical Staff will test your phone adapter, assign you a number, and prepare the phone adapter for shipping. During this time, your number will be listed as "Phone Number Pending."
Once your account has been tested and assigned, your phone number will be listed directly in your User Control Panel. The entire process is usually completed within 24 hours. (We do let the Technical Staff have a day off now and then, so it may take a little longer over the weekend)
