How can I change or modify my Time Zone?

The Time Zone setting controls the time displayed on your phone's Caller ID as well as the time of your voicemail messages.

To edit your Time Zone:

  1. Login into your voip.com account
  2. Click the Account link
  3. Click the Edit Account Information link
  4. In the Time Zone Information section, select the desired phone number
  5. Choose your desired Time Zone from the drop down list
  6. Click the Save Changes button
