Is there a cancellation fee if I stop using voip.com's phone service?
Yes, there is a cancellation fee of $39.95 for each voip.com line that is terminated for any reason within the first 12 months of service.
Should you cancel your account within the 30 day Money Back Guarantee period and you've complied with the Money Back Guarantee Terms, you will receive a refund for any cancellation fees charged to your account. The cancellation of service in which a money back guarantee is inapplicable will result in a cancellation fee.
