No. On the 200 minute plan, you will receive unlimited incoming calls and 200 minutes of outgoing calls to toll-free numbers, local numbers, and any number in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Additional outgoing calls after 200 minutes are charged 3.9 cents per minute.
