How can I activate or deactivate my phone’s features?
- Login to your account
- Click the Call Features link
- In the Basic Call Features section, choose the phone number from the Call Features for dropdown list (if applicable)
- Place a check mark next to each feature to activate. Removing checkmarks will disable the feature
- Click Save Changes
- Repeat the above steps for any Features in the Advanced Call Features section
