How can I activate or deactivate my phone’s features?

1. Login to your account
2. Click the Call Features link
3. In the Basic Call Features section, choose the phone number from the Call Features for dropdown list (if applicable)
4. Place a check mark next to each feature to activate. Removing checkmarks will disable the feature
5. Click Save Changes
6. Repeat the above steps for any Features in the Advanced Call Features section
