How do I use the Selective Call Forwarding Feature?
Selective Call Forwarding allows you to forward specific calls matching your pre-defined list to a different phone number.
Selective Call Forwarding is programmed from your website control panel.
Program Selective Call Forwarding from the Website Control Panel
- Login to your account
- Click the Call Features tab
- Check the box next to Selective Call Forwarding to activate this feature (remove the checkmark to deactivate the feature)
- Click the Save Changes button
- Click the edit settings link
- Enter the phone number to where calls should be forwarded
- Enter the phone numbers that should be forwarded to the desired number
- Click the Save Changes button
When forwarding your number, the caller id from the originating call will be sent along to the destination. This is currently the only option available, and you cannot forward your VOIP number's caller id instead.
