How do I use the Caller ID Inbound Feature?

Caller ID Inbound delivers the name and number of the caller directly to the display of your Caller ID enabled telephone.

Caller ID Inbound can be programmed from your website control panel.

Program Caller ID Inbound from the Website Control Panel

1. Login to your account
2. Click the Call Features tab
3. Check the box next to Caller ID Inbound to activate this feature (remove the checkmark to deactivate the feature)
4. Click the Save Changes button

Using Caller ID Inbound from your Telephone

If you have this feature is turned On your telephone will automatically display the caller’s telephone number and name if available. If you have this feature is turned OFF the caller’s information will not be delivered to your phone.
