How do I use the Call Forwarding Feature?

Call Forwarding lets you create a follow-me list of phone numbers that will help your friends and family get in touch with you no matter where you are. If you don?t happen to be at the first number on the list, the incoming call will automatically be forwarded to the next number. follow-me lists often start with a member?s home number and then roll over to office and mobile numbers.

You can set up your follow-me list from your online Account page. Here?s what you need to do:

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on the Call Features tab.
3. Put a checkmark in the box next to Call Forwarding to activate it. If you need to turn it off, just uncheck the box.
4. Click on the edit settings link next to Call Forwarding.
5. Fill in your phone numbers in the order you?d like to be called.
6. Click the Save Changes button.
