Is there a cancellation fee if I stop using the softphone service?
Yes, there is a cancellation fee of $14.95 if service is terminated for any reason within the first 12 months.
Should you cancel your account within the 30 day Money Back Guarantee period and you've complied with the Money Back Guarantee Terms, you will receive a refund for any cancellation fees charged to your account.
The cancellation of service in which a money back guarantee is inapplicable will result in a cancellation fee.
