On the 100 minute plan, do I get unlimited calls to toll-free numbers?

No. On the 100 minute plan, you will receive unlimited incoming calls and 100 minutes of outgoing calls to toll-free numbers, local numbers, and any number in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Additional outgoing calls after 100 minutes are charged 4 cents per minute.
