Can I delete voicemail messages via the softphone interface?

There are two ways to delete voicemail messages. The first method is to logon to your account and delete the messages directly from your user control panel. The second method is to use your telephone to delete the messages. You can delete your voicemail messages from softphone by dialing your phone number and following the voice prompts from the voicemail attendant.
