I have email notification for messages on and I am not getting my notification, where is it?
Please login to your account and check to ensure the email address is correct. Also, please check your junk mail, spam filter or other bulk email folder for the email to be there. Add "voip.com" to your whitelist to receive emails from to prevent the email from being sent to this location in the future.
