How do I set up my voicemail?
When your voip.com account is created, your voicemail is automatically activated. To modify your voip.com voicemail outgoing message and passcode, please follow these steps:
- From a touch-tone phone, dial your voip.com phone number
- If you hear the outgoing message, press the * key
- When prompted, enter your passcode, followed by the # key.
- Note: The default passcode is 0000
- Press the * key to enter the voicemail set-up menu
- Follow the verbal instructions to change your passcode or record your outgoing message
To deactivate/reactivate voicemail, change the number of rings before your message, or control voicemail forwarding options, please use the Voicemail Control Panel Settings screen.
