How do I use the Do Not Disturb Feature?

Do Not Disturb allows you to set your status to unavailable. Calls will go directly to your voice messaging box without ringing your telephone. In addition, you can have your primary phone emit a short ring burst to inform you when the call is being sent to voice messaging by using the Ring Reminder.

There are two ways to program this feature: from your website control panel and/or from your telephone.

Activate/Deactivate Do Not Disturb from the Website Control Panel

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click the Call Features tab
  3. Place a checkmark in the Do Not Disturb box to activate this feature. Removing the checkmark will deactivate this feature.
  4. Click the Save Changes button

Activate Do Not Disturb from your Telephone

  1. Dial *78 from your voip phone
  2. You will hear several short dial tones
  3. Hang up your telephone
  4. When you are making future calls, the short dial tones will remind you that your Do Not Disturb is still active

Deactivate Do Not Disturb from your Telephone

  1. Dial *79 from your voip Phone
  2. You will hear a solid dial tone as confirmation
  3. Hang up your telephone
