Please review the following troubleshooting options.
I can dial out but no one can hear me
I can't access the Internet
The phone light 1 on my voip.com phone adapter is not on
We had a Power Outage and now my phone is not working
My calls sound choppy, static and I hear echo sounds
I don't have a dial tone
No Dial Tone, Inbound, or Outbound Calls with Motorola SBG900/1000
