With voip, there's no risk. We'll give you 30 days to try it out and if, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back.
If there's a problem at any point, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Still not satisfied? We'll be sad to see you go but we'll make it as painless as possible to cancel service. No penalty charges, no hassles. And if you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll credit your account (after you return the equipment we sent to you).
How To Get a Refund
- Request cancellation of your account (More info)
- Return the equipment in its original box (More info).
- Once we receive the equipment,
we'll credit your account for payment received in the first 30 days
(excluding regulatory fees) and send you a confirmation email. Credits exclude per
minute charges for international calls, Directory Assistance, and overage fees.
*The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to our Residential Service Plan customers who cancel within 30 days and have less than 200 minutes of usage.
The cancellation of service in which a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is inapplicable will result in a cancellation fee.
