Make sure you’re always in the loop
Software updates are an important way to make sure you’re getting the best voip SoftPhone experience possible. Each new version extends the capabilities of the previous one and fixes annoying software glitches that may have shown up during use. Under your SoftPhone’s Tools menu, click the Options link to get to the configuration window. On the left hand side, click Advanced and make sure you’ve checked the box next to Check for Updates Automatically. Now you’ll be able to receive updates without lifting a finger. Whenever ready-to-update windows pop up, remember to choose Update.
