Turn up the volume on your SoftPhone
If you’ve cranked up the volume on your voip.com SoftPhone but it’s still too quiet, double check your headset and computer settings. Most headsets have an inline volume control that also has a mute function. For your computer’s settings, click on the Sounds and Audio Devices icon in your Control Panel. Under the Volume tab, click the Advanced settings button and adjust the Microphone volume.
