Disable your Call Waiting
Should you need to disable your Call Waiting at any time you have two options. You can login to your voip.com account and uncheck the box next to Call Waiting in your Call Features tab. This will permanently disable Call Waiting. You can also temporarily disable it on the fly, right from your telephone. Prior to making your call, simply dial *70. If you hear a beeping dial tone, your Call Waiting has successfully been suspended. Once you complete the call, it reverts to its previous state.
