How do I check my voicemail?
You can reach your voicemail a number of ways, including from your web browser, by telephone, and via email. To check your voicemail using an internet browser, login to your account at http://www.phonepower.com/account/accounthome.aspx and view the last ten voicemails on the main page, or click the Voicemail link to go to the main Voicemail page.
You can have your voicemails forwarded to an email account by clicking the Settings tab at the top of your Voicemail page and typing in the address you’d like to have messages forwarded to.
The Settings place is also where you can designate an alternate phone number to log into your voicemail account from. To reach your voicemail by phone, simply dial your phone number and when you hear the greeting, press the star key (*), enter your phone number and your password. Follow the prompts to get your messages, or make changes to the greeting or other voicemail options.
