Waiting for an important phone call?
Sometimes you have to leave the house when you’re waiting for an important phone call that you just can’t miss. If that’s the case, log into your voip.com account and click the Call Features tab. In the Advanced Features section, you’ll see an option called Selective Call Forwarding. Enter the number of the person whose call you’re expecting and it will automatically be forwarded the number of your choice.
