Set up Call Forwarding
You can set your phone up to automatically forward incoming calls to another phone number, only forward when your line is busy, forward when you don’t pick up, or only forward a select group of numbers.
Login to your voip.com account at http://www.phonepower.com/account/accounthome.aspx and click on the Call Features tab. In the Basic Call Features box, you can select the Call Forwarding Always option and designate which number you want calls forwarded to. Moving down to the Advanced Call Features box, you’ll be able to make similar choices for Call Forwarding busy, Call Forwarding No Answer, and Selective Call Forwarding.
