How Do I Set My Phone to No Ring?
Sometimes you don't want to hear the phone ring. Maybe it's the baby's naptime or annoyingly chipper telemarketers have you up early on a Saturday morning, whatever the reason, there's something you can do about it. Log into your voip.com account and go to the Call Features page. By clicking the box next to Do Not Disturb, you'll activate the No Ring feature and incoming calls will be automatically redirected to your voicemail. If you want to know when calls come in, you can opt for Play Ring Reminder and your incoming calls will trigger a short ring burst before going to voicemail.
