Is Your E911 Information Accurate?
You don't want to wait for an emergency to find out if your E911 information is up to date. Login to your account management portal and check to see if your callback number and address are correct. If not, you can change them in a matter of minutes and they'll be updated in the central database after a short period of time, usually about 15 minutes. You can also check that your E911 calls will be routed to the correct Public Safety Answering Station (PSAP) by dialing 933 from your voip phone.
