VOIP.com provides written Service level Agreements for billing accuracy. Calls are billed based on 6 second increments. Customers receive invoice credits if calls are billed incorrectly. Our call detail is Simple; we provide the destination name, destination code, price per minute, number of minutes on the call, and total cost per call. There is no need for audit calculations to confirm our rates; we show our per minute rate on each call.
